New Webkit Nightly Build has some bells and whistles

Over at http://nightly.webkit.org/ the latest release of Webkit/Safari has an impressive new feature which some FireFox users might be used to.. “Web Inspector”

Very nice use of Quartz overlays. Selecting DOM elements highlights the portion of the webpage and scrolls to it if not visible in the current window context. Different view options are available, although not all are implemented. However, this build seems to also be reentrant.. which AFAIK breaks some long standing rules of general OS X development.. Nevermind. It scripts launching Safari by tricking it to load the new webkit. Oh well.
